Spring Sunday Skills - Spring 2026

Sunday Skills- Our spring season starts April 12th (the Sunday after Easter) with the first session of Sunday Skills and continues until the end of June, with one makeup day built in. Sunday Skills is open to players (including goalies) of all ages and ability levels to increase individual skill, team game sense, and confidence in a safe and fun environment. Growth in all aspects of the game is our priority! Each session will last 1.5 hours. Cost is $375, with $200 due at registration and the balance on June 1, 2026.

Coaching Staff:  All of our coaching staff are past Division 1 and II collegiate players, and are the best of the best. We train in small groups so each player receives individual attention from coaches.

Location: Warren Hills Regional High School, 41 Jackson Valley Road, Washington, NJ 07882 

Practice Times: U10, U12, & U14 - 11:00am-12:30pm & U16/U19 from 12:30pm-2:00pm.

*Practices on 4/12, 4/19, and 5/3 will have altered times. U10-U14 players will practice from 1:00-2:30pm, and U16-U19 players from 2:30-4:00pm.

Dates:  4/12, 4/19, 4/26, 5/3, 5/17, 5/24, 5/31, 6/7, 6/14, 6/21

New Player Registration: All new players will receive a $50 credit to their account upon registration, as will any current player who brings in a new registration!

Note: Last Sunday Skills will be June 21, 2026 (make up date 6/28) 

Spring 7v7 Tournament Team - Spring 2026

For athletes looking for more intense competition to supplement our Sunday Skills practices, we will be participating in multiple 7v7 outdoor tournaments throughout the spring. Participating on the tournament team gives the opportunity to grow not only in skill, but also in valuable game knowledge. Each tournament includes four games on a smaller sized turf field with 6 field players and a goalie. Upon registration, please confirm tournament attendance!

U16- 4/19 (Kean University- Union, NJ), 5/2 (Lafayette College- Easton, PA), 5/3 (East Stroudsburg University- East Stroudsburg, PA), 5/17 (Princeton University- Princeton, NJ), 6/13 (Capelli Sports- Tinton Falls, NJ)

U19-  4/19 (Kean University- Union, NJ), 5/2 (Lafayette College- Easton, PA), 5/3 (East Stroudsburg University- East Stroudsburg, PA),  5/17 (Princeton University- Princeton, NJ), 6/13 (Capelli Sports- Tinton Falls, NJ)

Note- U10 and U14 age bracket players are welcome and encouraged to register for our U12 and U16 (respectively) teams!

Practices: In addition to all Sunday Skills practices, players will also have an additional Wednesday evening practice at Warren Hills Regional High School from 7-8pm. Dates are as followed: 4/15, 4/22, 4/29, 5/7 (Thursday), 5/13, 5/20, 5/27, 6/3, 6/17, 6/24

Cost: The total cost for the program is $800, with $400 due at registration, and $200 due on 5/1 and 6/1. This cost includes four tournaments (with a fifth able to be added for an additional $80 fee), Sunday Skills, and weekday practices. [U19 RCC cost not included]

New Player Registration: All new players will receive a $75 credit to their account upon registration, as will any current player who brings in a new registration!

*Registration for individual tournaments will open shortly, if roster spots are open. Those who register for this 7v7 Tournament Team league will get priority for roster selection.

RCC Tryout - Spring 2026

U19 Regional Club Championship (RCC)- The RCC’s are the premier qualifying event for elite club teams to earn their spot at the National Club Championship. Being the most competitive event of the spring season, we will be holding a tryout for roster selection. The tryout cost will be $15, with all U16 and U19 athletes invited to participate. The tryout will take place on Wednesday, April 15th at Warren Hills Regional High School (41 Jackson Valley Road, Washington, NJ 07882) from 7-8pm. Players must also be registered to our Sunday Skills OR Spring Tournament Team programs.

RCC Dates and Locations:  May 9-10th  at Monmouth University (98 Larchwood Ave, West Long Branch, NJ 07764). We will also be participating in two scrimmage dates at WC Eagles (April 18th and April 25th) to prepare. 

If Selected: Weekday practices will take place every Wednesday at Warren Hills Regional High School from 7-8pm, starting 4/15 and going until mid-June. The cost of the RCC registration will be $200, with $100 due at registration (open upon selection), and $100 due on 6/1. This cost includes RCC tournament fees, practices, and WC Eagles scrimmages.
